Several VINCI Energies business units converged on the construction site for Triangle, a building that will stand out for its final energy consumption – more than 3.3 times lower on average than existing building stock – and its modest carbon footprint.
Under construction in southern Paris since 2022, Triangle is a new environmental benchmark in commercial real estate. This 180-metre, 42-floor tower will rise above the grounds of the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles exhibition centre. It will contain a four-star hotel, large co-working space, health centre, and cultural space.
Several VINCI Energies business units are working together on the project. Lefort Francheteau is handling all aspects of heating, ventilation, climate control and smoke extraction, with Phibor Entreprises responsible for power supply and fire safety systems. Alongside them, SDEL Tertiaire is working on the extra-low voltage installations.
Triangle will stand out for its final energy consumption, which is more than 3.3 times lower on average than existing building stock, and its modest carbon footprint, thanks to a range of technical innovations:
These performance levels will make it possible to obtain, at the very least, BREEAM Excellent, HQE Outstanding and Effinergie+ certifications.
