VINCI Energies expands its building solutions portfolio with the acquisition in the Netherlands of ‘DE SCHILT BEDRIJVEN’, specialist in HVAC
VINCI Energies has acquired De Schilt Bedrijven in the Netherlands, specialist in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) for 45 years.
This acquisition will enable VINCI Energies, through its activities in Building Solutions, to strengthen the local expertise in high-quality indoor climate installations. De Schilt Bedrijven will continue to operate under its original brand.
De Schilt Bedrijven activities are divided into 3 operating and complementary companies providing project support from design and installation services to maintenance: Schilt Air Conditioning specialized in air conditioning systems, Schilt Air Ducts, dedicated to air ducts and Schilt Air Technology, focusing on technical air components. De Schilt Bedrijven’s clients are mostly from the non-residential construction sector and luxury housing.
