The 101 employees of Kurz Leitungsbau GmbH generated sales of €12 million in 2020.

With the acquisition of Kurz Leitungsbau GmbH, VINCI Energies is taking over a company with a long tradition that, with its cross-divisional services, will expand the portfolio of the Omexom brand in the field of energy supply networks. VINCI Energies is also strengthening its presence in the Heilbronn-Franken region.

“With the purchase of Kurz Leitungsbau GmbH, we are opening up an important market in our sales area. With this, I see great opportunities not only for us but also for Kurz Leitungsbau GmbH to develop further in the Omexom network,” says Otto Trautner, Managing Director of Omexom Frankenluk GmbH.
