With this acquisition, VINCI Energies is expanding the range of services of its industrial brand Actemium, the leading full-service provider of industrial process solutions, in the areas of plant and automation technology in Germany.  

Miprotek was founded in 1983 and with 75 employees and an annual turnover of around thirteen million euros, specializes in the automation of control processes in the asphalt and bitumen industry.  The company is also successful in process automation in the pharmaceutical, food and body care sectors with long-standing customer relationships.

In addition, the integration of miprotek under the Actemium brand will enable customers to benefit from synergy effects in terms of resources and the exchange of know-how.
