VINCI Energies welcomes Elektro J R Kroon AB, a company with a solid expertise in electrical installations for companies and private customers, located in Malmö, south of Sweden. This acquisition enables VINCI Energies, to strengthen the local expertise and meet the growing demand in electrical engineering solutions that are both environmentally efficient and energy saving. 

“We have been working with VINCI Energies in Malmö for a long time. It was therefore a natural choice for me to choose a secure future partner for the company and my employees. My goal has been to join a group like VINCI Energies and benefit from their extensive network and knowledge in electrical engineering. Together we will be able to share competences and develop in the field of electrical engineering” says Johnny Kroon, CEO Elektro J R Kroon AB. 

For more than 20 years, Elektro Kroon offers services including electrical engineering and installation, electrical systems for data and telecommunications as well as security systems. The integration of Elektro Kroon will result in an addition of 27 new employees joining the network, for a total of about 2,600 people at VINCI Energies in Sweden.
