VINCI Energies in Belgium “Women in Technology” campaign
On 8 March 2021, VINCI Energies in Belgium launched its "Women in Technology" campaign. Almost one year later, the collaboration with x Kwadraat, had led to an audit of its business units for gender equality and a best practice guide.
With “Women in Technology”, VINCI Energies in Belgium demonstrates its ambition to hire more women to key positions. The campaign highlights 15 female employees selected to testify about their technical jobs in a typically male environment. These women were invited to participate in a professional photo shoot and an interview.
X² certificate for gender equality
X Kwadraat guides and audits VINCI Energies business units in the context of gender equality and identifies unconscious prejudices. The “X² certificate for gender equality” has been awarded to all VINCI Energies business units in Belgium. The X² certificate is an audit in which responsible business units can have their efforts in the area of gender equality and work-life balance validated and certified.
