This acquisition will enable VINCI Energies to broaden the range of services available from its brand Actemium, Germany’s leading full-service provider of solutions for industrial processes relating to systems engineering, instrumentation and control.  

TEHA Technology Group has been supplying and implementing process and regulation systems, covering applications ranging from the energy sector to the steel, chemical and petrochemical industries, for more than 45 years.  

André Rottstegge, Managing Director of Actemium Deutschland, states, “Acquiring TEHA will enable us to enlarge our spectrum of systems engineering solutions, particularly relating to instrumentation and control, pipeline production, maintenance and support during machine downtime.
