VINCI Energies has just acquired the company Ludwig Hammer GmbH, which specialises in technical building equipment.
The acquisition will help VINCI Energies to expand its Building Solutions business portfolio in the field of building technology and automation and to grow in the Frankfurt metropolitan region. The 160 or so employees of the Kleinostheim site generated annual sales of €35 million in 2021.
Olaf Walter, director of the building technology division of VINCI Energies Deutschland Building Solutions, says with respect to the acquisition: “Ludwig Hammer GmbH fits in perfectly with our network and broadens our portfolio of services, particularly in ventilation, alongside our building technology business units Dechow, Lagrange, Pieper and Stingl.”
Stefan Franz, director of Ludwig Hammer GmbH, adds: “In over 140 years, our family company, which is rich in tradition, has built a bridge between a growing craft business and highly complex digital equipment for buildings. We are pleased to be part of VINCI Energies and to be able to continue serving our clients in an optimum manner with a strong partner by our side that has operations throughout Germany.”
