With this acquisition, VINCI Energies is expanding the range of services offered by its industrial brand Actemium, the leading full-service provider of industrial process solutions, in the fields of energy systems and automation technology in Germany.

Founded in 2006, the Schwerin-based company with a further site in Magdeburg generates an annual turnover of around 23 million euros and currently has 169 employees. Leukhardt specializes in the design and construction of low-voltage switchgear and control cabinets that are tailored to complex customer requirements. The company also offers service applications for low-voltage switchgear, circuit breakers and special solutions for preheating trains.
