On 28 February 2025, VINCI Energies acquired Holtermann Regeltechnik GmbH, a German company based in Rietberg, North Rhine-Westphalia, in order to expand its building automation portfolio. Holtermann has specialised in measurement and control technology and building automation since 1955. It generated revenue of €8.4 million in 2023, and its 67 employees work for customers across the whole of Germany.
This acquisition brings Holtermann Regeltechnik GmbH into the Building Solutions business at VINCI Energies, further enhancing the range of building technology solutions already on offer from Dechow, Ludwig Hammer, Lagrange, Alfred Pieper and Stingl.
