VINCI Energies acquires Ferrard
VINCI Energies is to acquire Ferrard, a company that specialises in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and plumbing works for buildings, as part of its Building Solutions business line. The acquisition is in keeping with the expansion of HVAC services in the Lyon and Savoie region.
Based in Saint-Etienne in the Loire department in east-central France, Ferrard generated sales of €9 million in 2021 and has around 50 employees. It serves numerous clients including local authorities, administrations and businesses located mainly in the Rhône-Alpes region.
“The acquisition of Ferrard will help us to expand a key area of expertise – air conditioning, heating and ventilation – in the Lyon and Savoie areas and thus meet energy efficiency requirements in buildings while also ensuring comfort and sustainability,” said Xavier Loiselet, managing director for commercial property in the east-central and south regions.
