VINCI Energies acquires Envico Holding AB 

VINCI Energies welcomes Envico Elpartner AB and Vicotech Automatic AB – and strengthens its market position withinthe industrial segment in northern Sweden.

VINCI Energies welcomes Envico Elpartner AB and Vicotech Automatic AB to its corporate network. Thanks to the acquisition of Envico Holding AB, approximately 60 new employees are added, starting from Skellefteå. VINCI Energies thereby accelerates its growth and strengthen the business within electrical installations and engineering in northern Sweden. 

Tobias Harnerud, Perimeter Director North VINCI Energies Sweden, says: 
“Envico and Vicotech will be great additions to our continued local development in Skellefteå as well as for our expansion throughout the northern Sweden. Our ambition is to continue our journey, both organically and through further acquisitions, with the aim of being able to contribute with our expertise and support our customers in the environmental transition that is now taking place at high speed in the area.” 

Envico was founded in 2017 and has taken a strong market position in the local market in the Skellefteå region with several fine reference projects in its CV. The company with approximately 60 employees and an annual turnover of approximately SEK 70 million is now taking the next step together with VINCI Energies.
