VINCI Energies successfully closed the acquisition of a significant part of the IT services business of Kontron AG (formerly S&T AG) on December 29th 2022.

Today, S&T in Poland, Croatia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, North Macedonia, Albania and Montenegro has been rebranded to Axians, the ICT brand of VINCI Energies. Now, these countries appear under a consistent Axians corporate identity and rebranded company names. The rebranding of S&T in Germany is scheduled for November 15th 2023.

Axians, the VINCI Energies brand dedicated to information and communication technology, is operating at the heart of digital transformation. From installing infrastructure to managing data, ​VINCI Energies technology teams deliver a broad range of expertise covering the entire data life cycle: collection, transmission, storage, processing, analysis, sharing and protection.

With this multinational rebranding, VINCI Energies, through its Axians brand, strengthens its position in the European ICT markets and offers customers 360° services and solutions.
