VINCI Energies acquires TLT-Building and TLT-Connection and strengthens its presence in Finland
VINCI Energies has acquired TLT-Building and TLT-Connection, two multi-technical companies providing global solutions for electrical and telecommunications network operators, from design to build and maintenance. Both companies have extensive experience in infrastructure and a strong territorial presence throughout Finland.

With the acquisition of Infratek in 2018, VINCI Energies has established a position in Finland in the energy infrastructure sector, through its brand Omexom.
This new acquisition enables VINCI Energies to extend its network throughout Finland by integrating complementary expertise such as high-voltage overhead lines and telecommunications infrastructure.
