Zürich, May 2nd 2022 – VINCI Energies, the multi-technical energy transition and digital transformation pole of the VINCI Group, has acquired the Swiss company SI-TEC GmbH. The company specializes on industrial planning and engineering and has a strong customer base in the sectors life sciences, chemical industry, energy, environment and food. As a result, VINCI Energies is expanding its position in the market for industrial automation and process engineering.
SI-TEC will join the Actemium network, the VINCI Energies brand for industrial performance. In Switzerland, Actemium offers its customers solutions in the fields of electrical engineering, automation and information technology for industry and networked buildings. SI-TEC will complete this portfolio by providing the know-how for engineering services, CAD/CAE plant design and innovative BIM (Building Information Modeling) services.
Thus, Actemium Switzerland will now be able to offer industry 4.0 turn-key projects including creation of digital twins of factories and production lines. On the customer side quality and productivity are going to increase further.
