VINCI Energies acquires Planus Informatica e Tecnologia in Brasil
Planus Informatica e Tecnologia is an ICT solutions provider based in Sao Paulo.
VINCI Energies has acquired the brazilian company Planus Informatica e Tecnologia, an ICT solutions provider based in Sao Paulo. Founded in 1987 by Marcos Ierizzo, the company counts more than 200 employees and has a full coverage of the Brazilian territory and facilities in three different cities.
Planus Informatica e Tecnologia delivers customized, flexible and integrated B2B IT solutions. In 2019, it has generated revenues of 24 M€ in the 4 main segments: Enterprise Network; Service Care; Printing & Device Management; Cloud.
VINCI Energies in Brazil achieved about €150 million turnover in 2019 and has 2300 employees. With this first ICT acquisition in the region, VINCI Energies is entering one of the largest information technology market in the world.
