VINCI Energies acquires Alfred Pieper GmbH, a historic player in the field of tertiary engineering
In 2019, around 100 employees generated annual sales of approximately €13 million.
VINCI Energies has acquired Alfred Pieper GmbH, based in Hamm, Germany, with effect from 16th October 2020.
With this acquisition, VINCI Energies is expanding the portfolio of its Building Solutions division in the field of HVAC (heating, ventilation , air conditioning), electrical and plumbing, and further expanding its activities in the North Rhine-Westphalia region.
“The Hamm site with all its employees and Bernd Pieper in the management team is an excellent addition to the portfolio of our building services engineering companies Dechow, Lagrange and Stingl,” says Rainer Beisel, Managing Director of VINCI Energies Deutschland Building Solutions GmbH.
Bernd Pieper, Managing Director of Alfred Pieper GmbH, adds: “For more than 60 years, we have been offering our customers reliable services in heating and heating technology, ventilation technology as well as in sanitary installations and control technology.
