VINCI Energies acquires a majority stake in E-Concept Energie GmbH Co. KG, a company active in grid construction for distribution networks and photovoltaic installations
VINCI Energies has acquired a majority stake in E-Concept Energie GmbH & Co. KG, which is operating in Brensbach, Germany, in the Rhine-Neckar and Rhine-Main metropolitan regions. The new company thus strengthens the presence of VINCI Energies' Omexom brand in these dynamic regions.
With 75 employees,E-Concept Energie GmbH & Co. KG generated sales of 8 million € in 2020. The services of E-Concept Energie GmbH & Co. KG cover planning, consulting and construction of lines for electricity, gas, water and telecommunications networks. In addition, they provide turnkey solutions for the construction of photovoltaic facilities, electricity storage and charging stations.
Johannes Aichner, Managing Director of Omexom GA Süd GmbH precises: “The portfolio of E-Concept Energie GmbH & Co. KG is very complementary to VINCI Energies and will allow an excellent cooperation with our business units. This acquisition will give us great growth opportunities especially in the future markets of e-mobility and photovoltaic installations “.
