VINCI Facilities Entreprise Adaptée (VFEA), part of the VEF Nord-Ouest IDF pole, strives to offer social and professional support to people living with disabilities and help finding long-term employment.
With over 12 years’ experience, VFEA helps VINCI Facilities’ clients to meet their legal obligation to employ people living with disabilities. The law requires all businesses based in France to ensure that people living with disabilities make up 6% of their total workforce.
VFEA currently employs 90 people, 80% of whom are disabled, and operates across the whole of France. The company provides services in three areas:
Its portfolio of clients is essentially composed of major French corporations, which have robust corporate social responsibility (CSR) policies.
VFEA is committed to supporting its employees throughout their career to enable them to integrate a working environment that is adjusted to suit their abilities.
VFEA generally operates through “tripartite contracts” agreed between VFEA, a VINCI Facilities company and the client. This means that VFEA employees work on a site managed by VINCI Facilities, where VINCI Facilities remains the contracted party responsible for operations.
VFEA works with you to determine the best possible setup – joint contracting, subcontracting or secondment – to ensure the shared inclusion project is successful.
