VINCI Energies is taking over Warmbold Energie & Klima GmbH, based in Klipphausen near Dresden, with retroactive effect from 1 January 2022. The 35 employees of Warmbold Energie & Klima GmbH generated revenue of EUR 6.9 million in 2021. The company is active worldwide in the areas of mobile energy supply, air conditioning and water supply.

Warmbold Energie & Klima GmbH is well established in the areas of sporting events, music festivals, trade fairs and industry – in other words, wherever mobile, temporary solutions for energy supply and air conditioning are required.

With its portfolio, Warmbold Energie & Klima GmbH thus strengthens Omexom’s services in mobile energy supply.

“Solutions for mobile, time-limited energy supplies are a growth market, so this acquisition fits perfectly into our strategy to further expand this area,” says Mario Wehren, Director of BA West in Germany.

For me, it is important that all jobs and the location in Klipphausen will be retained and the future of the company is thus secured.”

VINCI Energies in Germany generated annual revenue of €2.6 billion in 2021 and employs around 13,155 people.
