VINCI Energies in Sweden announces that an acquisition of SA Consult has been successfully completed. SA Consult is a specialized consulting company with security-classified employees in network planning. The company operates in Gothenburg, Kalmar, Norrköping, Växjö, Karlstad, and Gävle, and as of March 1, 2024, it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Axians ICT AB. With the acquisition, Axians expands its customer base to include all telecommunications operators. 

The strategic acquisition not only strengthens Axians ICT’s expertise in the field but also broadens the geographical presence of the business. Staffan Jäderqvist, former co-owner of SA Consult, continues as the CEO of the company while also assuming the role of business unit manager within Axians.
