VINCI Energies acquires Kenmerc Groep HRM & Payroll solutions including its working companies Kennys and Mercash. This acquisition enables VINCI Energies to strengthen the Axians’ Microsoft portfolio of Business Applications in the Netherlands.

For more than 30 years, the Kenmerc Groep is recognised as a specialist of HRM data management and payroll solutions with a focus on the development & implementation of HRM software for health- and childcare, building and construction markets.
