VINCI Energies acquires engineering activities of Technip-EPG in the Netherlands and expands its business line Infrastructure with high voltage engineering.
VINCI Energies has signed an agreement to acquire the engineering activities of Technip-EPG at Den Bosch in the Netherlands. This acquisition will enable VINCI Energies, through its Omexom brand, to reinforce the local expertise in high voltage engineering, while contributing to achieve on the energy transition ambition.

Since 1980, Technip-EPG Den Bosch has been providing engineering, consulting, and inspection services to both regional grid operators and the national grid operator. This acquisition is thoroughly in line with the VINCI Energies strategy to expand her infrastructure portfolio by including high-voltage engineering.
