Inclusion and diversity: help people with disabilities
Mobility is engaged in the inclusion and diversity network of the VINCI group and also work closely with Trajeo’h and l’ADAPT to welcome disabled people.
In 2020, Mobility welcomed two disabled interns and one person via a social insertion clause. Secure Systems & Services chose to work with two inclusion companies dedicated to the environment. ELISE which is specialised in recycling and employs difficult to place or disabled people and EVA which recycles waste from electrical and electronic equipment and specialises in managing end of life of computer hardware and works to integrate disabled people.
Cegelec CEM created a Handicap commission made up of voluntary employees to develop regular initiatives such as welcoming disabled people, “Café signes” (sign language cafés) etc.
