A consortium of Citeos (VINCI Energies) companies recently won the contract to manage 380 electric vehicle charging stations in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.
Combining seven regional energy associations, the existing public network of electric charging stations was designed to facilitate the expansion of eco-mobility solutions. It provides an electric charging system across the Belfort, Côte-d’Or, Doubs, Haute-Saône, Nièvre, Saône-et-Loire and Yonne departments.
Having won the global public performance contract with these associations, the Citeos companies are committed to ensuring the availability of the 380 existing electric vehicle charging stations across these seven departments, with the possibility of installing new stations during the contract period.
Two types of charging are available within this network:
The Citeos companies will be using the CityApp application for network maintenance. CityApp enables remote management of the equipment, and has been in constant evolution since its creation in 2012.
“This is the first Global Public Performance Contract (MPGP) for electric vehicle charging stations, awarded in the form of a four-year contract with commitments on the quality of service provided to users. We are ready to meet the confidence and expectations of the seven energy associations involved in this project for a quality public service.” – Nicolas Planteau du Maroussem, Citeos in France.
