Fondation VINCI in the Netherlands – building young people’s confidence through sport
Job Oosterwijk, a project manager at Verklerk, is the sponsor of Samen Sterker, an organisation that helps young people from the Schiedam district of Rotterdam build self-confidence.
Samen Sterker provides sporting and educational support for families living in difficult circumstances. To do this, they offer the young people a training session that combines kickboxing training and coaching over an 18-month period. The aim is to foster their integration into work and education.
In offering adolescents experiencing difficulties a mix of sports and practical coaching sessions, you help them in a tangible way.
