VINCI Energies acquires IME AB and Bultsvetsteknik AB

On July 1, 2024, VINCI Energies acquires IME AB and Bultsvetsteknik AB, further strengthening its market position in the industrial sector.

On July 1, 2024, VINCI Energies welcomes the companies IME AB and Bultsvetsteknik AB to its growing industrial network. The acquisition will add 52 new employees to the network, based in Norrköping and Linköping. This will accelerate VINCI Energies’ growth and strengthen its service offering in the industrial segment.

IME AB was founded in 1994 in Norrköping and its subsidiary Bultsvetsteknik was acquired in 2022. The companies deliver technical solutions in industrial design, build and maintenance. The expertise is mechanical, electrical and automation. The main segments are in the pulp and paper, automotive and food & beverage industries around the Norrköping and Linköping region.

IME AB will be integrated into the VINCI Energies group from July 1. As of November 1, 2024, IME AB will join the VINCI Energies industrial network Actemium, which consists of 29 business units from all over Sweden. IME AB will then be known as Actemium Industry Norrköping.
