Vendée Globe: 102 children saved!
64 days after the start of the Vendée Globe, the Initiatives-Coeur project has made it possible to finance 50 operations on children suffering from heart defects.
Despite her stopover, which forced Initiatives-Coeur to abandon the race*, Sam Davies continued her round-the-world trip in order to help the children supported by the Mécénat Chirgurgie Cardiaque charity.
Since November 8, 2020, Initiatives-Coeur has covered more than 16,500 nautical miles, and still has 9,500 miles to go. Enough time to reach the initial goal of 60 children saved?
